Bob Manhorn is the health inspector that sometimes visits your restaurants to make you clean dirty plates. If the player does not clean the dirty plates in time, he will shut down the restaurant he's at. He will also shut down your restaurant if the player does not get rid of all of the rats (that infest their restaurant if is very unclean) in time.
